1. Create an account on our Platform
If you already have an account, you simply log in to the Platform where you can either post a new project or manage existing ones.
If you do not have an account yet, you can quickly sign up and gain access to game-changing content creation!
2. Post Your Next Project
Whether you’re looking for writing, editing, custom design work, or an all-in-one bundle, we have what you need! Click ‘Post A Project’ from the left-hand menu on the Platform and choose your bundle, or customize your project by adding the individual services you need. Post your project when you’re ready and find your freelancer!
We make it easy to connect with the right freelancers for every job! From the Platform dashboard, you are able to search, review profiles, and send direct messages. When you find the perfect fit, you can invite freelancers directly to your project(s) and/or approve requests. Share any ideas and resources needed to help freelancers execute the project flawlessly and exceed expectations!
4. No Commitment Until You Choose Your Freelancer(s)
We aim to deliver a stress-free process, from beginning to end. You decide whether you want to pay upfront or wait until your order has been allocated to a freelancer of your choosing. If you have a discount code, simply input it before you post your project!
5. Real-Time Project Management
Manage your projects with ease; track start dates, progress, and chat with your freelancer throughout the process. Your freelancer can answer questions you may have, follow guidance, and work with you to ensure you receive a finished product you love! Our Platform enables you to collaborate with your freelancer and provide invaluable guidance and feedback via document comments for written orders and a dedicated project chat for every order. We’ll send you updates via automated emails and internal Platform notifications as your projects move through different stages of the process.
6. Quality Assurance and Final Review
The quality of your finished product is equally important to us as it is to you! At this stage, our quality assurance team will finally review the content to ensure it meets our internal quality standard. It is our priority to make sure you are proud to share and publish all content you trust The Urban Writers to create for you.
