We learned that a stronger promise was not enough.
TUW started in 2017. Since then, more than 20,000 customers have trusted the company with their books and content, and TUW’s published record has grown past one billion words.
That scale taught us where the real risk sits when someone commissions a book.
The problem is not finding a company with an impressive website, a polished roster or a confident quality promise. The problem is that you are asked to trust those things before you know who will write the book, whether they understand your subject or how the company will act after it has your money.
We could have answered with a stronger promise. Instead, we changed what the customer gets to verify.
We call this the Open Floor.
You see real candidates. Writers produce fresh sample writing on your subject. You can interview the people you are considering. Your deposit remains eligible for a refund under the Program Terms until you approve the outline, provided you request it in writing before an inactivity pause.
Once production begins, you can see the manuscript as it is written, comment directly inside it and speak with any specialist on your project. Written remedies define what happens if TUW fails to keep its side of the agreement.

You review five candidates for each specialist role. You can study their profiles, ratings and completed-project counts, then interview anyone you are considering.
The writers you shortlist each produce fresh sample writing on your subject. No generic portfolio can show whether someone understands your argument, your terminology or the way you explain your work. A sample on your topic can.
This happens after the refundable deposit and before you choose the writer, approve the outline or pay the balance.

A written request must arrive before outline approval and before an inactivity pause. Refunded customers keep their own source materials, while TUW-created work remains with TUW.
Approximately 120 days is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Team selection, outline approval and manuscript reviews move the schedule. Your review speed is the biggest single variable. Delays TUW owns are covered by the written program remedies.

Review against the agreement.
Four revision rounds cover changes inside the approved outline. If the manuscript misses something the outline requires, TUW fixes it without using one of those rounds.

The program terms define what happens if TUW goes silent, leaves a specialist seat vacant or refuses work inside the approved outline. You see the schedule before you sign.
The program covers up to 40,000 words. If the approved outline shows the book needs more room, the extension is $2,000 per additional 10,000 words. You see the added price and revised timing before deciding.

We do not sell rankings, bestseller campaigns, bookstore placement, media placement, leads or revenue outcomes. The program delivers the book and publication support. What the book produces for your business remains outside the agreement.

The program terms define three failures: TUW owes work or a response and delivers neither for 30 consecutive days, a vacant specialist seat is not filled within 14 days, or TUW refuses revision work inside the approved outline.
You choose whether the project continues with a replaced team or ends with your materials and the pro-rata refund defined in the published schedule. Customer review time does not trigger a TUW failure clock.
